I am a qualified Registered Provider and 25 years’ experience in both hospital and the care sector. I have attained my position for this agency and have kept up to date with all training over the years. I worked as a Senior Officer in the Hospital for 10years and studied Graduate Certificate Level 5 in Healthcare in University of Tasmania and worked as Senior Carer in Sidmouth and then became Self-employed. Since 2018, I have been a Registered Provider for Charity Earnshaw Homecare. I am enjoying my role at CharityEarnshaw Homecare Agency. I am currently taking my NVQ Level 5 Management in Social Care sector and enjoying the learning. I have a wealth of experience and have passion to ensure that our service users, families, and health professionals are in good working relationship with our agency.
I’m a part time qualified Carer i work in the local community I am up to date with my basic training, I am currently working towards my NVQ2/3 to be a senior carer. I really enjoy my work and find it very rewarding to help others. My main full time job is working at a SEN school which I also enjoy, I get to work with both ends of the Spectrum which is great experience as this is the line of work that I would like to be involved in, Caring and helping people.

I have spent my working career in secretarial/administrative capacities. In London I was personal secretary to a Royal Navy Captain in the MoD. Once I relocated to Cornwall I was a primary school secretary for 10 years and then enjoyed working in the Funeral industry for 10 years, becoming a qualified Funeral Director in 2011. We relocated to Devon a few years ago and I have just left the NHS to join CEHCA. Love living in Newton Poppleford with our two gorgeous cats. Outside of work I like to continue with my creative projects. Now looking forward to the new challenges ahead.
