Registered Manager

I am a qualified Registered Manager/Provider and 25 years’ experience in both hospital and the care sector. I have attained my position for this agency and have kept up to date with all training over the years. I worked as a Senior Officer in the Hospital for 10years and studied Graduate Certificate Level 5 in Healthcare in University of Tasmania and worked as Senior Carer in Sidmouth and then became Self-employed. Since 2018, I have been the Registered Manager for Charity Earnshaw Homecare. I am enjoying my role at Charity Earnshaw Homecare Agency.  I have undertaken NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management in Adult Social Care sector , which I enjoyed.  I have a wealth of experience and have passion to ensure that our service users, families, and health professionals are in good working relationship with our agency.

Having done the required training as a community Carer under Charity Earnshaw Homecare Agency. I possess the ability to be calm under pressure, attentive, friendly, dedicated, compassionate, reliable, and caring. 

My believe is that making a difference does not have to be difficult as we can contribute to society in simple and meaningful ways. My own way of contributing to the society is by caring and supporting in the community.

Prior to joining CEHCA, I have over 12 years’ experience that spans across Accounts & Finance in the FMCG Sector.

It is a great honour to look after the elders and vulnerable people, getting to experience their lifestyle is amazing. I love to help others with all their needs. I am Gloria.  I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master’s degree in fashion management. I have had previous experiences in home care and domiciliary care. Patricia is my name. A Bachelor of Arts in English Language Education holder (Degree). As an experienced and enthusiastic person who is keen and committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable adults and special people at large, who needs to be always guided and protected from harm. I have empathy, passion and the qualities for protecting and caring for them all the time. I can work under pressure; and relishes the challenge of managing a diverse workload. I am fundamentally committed to good practice and innovation. I always engage myself continuous learning to broaden my knowledge and experience. As being part of Charity Earnshaw Homecare Agency, I will exhibit my good communication skills, paying attention to details, good listening skills, good interpersonal skills, the abilities of observation and the ability to work well within a team to promote the Agency’s goals. I am a problem solving Information Technology specialist with about 7years of experience. 

I am pleased to have recently possessed the golden opportunity to obliged as a community carer with Charity Earnshaw Home Care Agency (CEHCA) where have done the necessary training required to help and assist vulnerable people manage their daily activities and live as independently as possible, and I am open to more health and social care training to enable me maintain the highest levels of care quality.

Working at CEHCA has been a very good experience. I am a Registered Nurse with more than 5 years of experience and hold a master’s degree in health care management and administration. I have worked in different care settings over the last 8 years, I would describe myself as passionate, dedicated, positive, reliable, and patient. Helping the elderly in the community is self-rewarding. I will continue to make an impact by supporting vulnerable people.

I am Anchal.  I hold a diploma in GNM nursing. I am patient, kind-hearted and cheerful, compassionate to help others, also I have completed my mandatory training with Charity Earnshaw Home Care Agency, and I hope I will gain more knowledge in the future, I have desire of helping others and try to do my best for elderly and vulnerable people as much as I can. It is a great opportunity for me to be a part of this great team. 

I am an administrator with years of experience spanning with the public and private sector. A onetime humanitarian support volunteer worker who has supported vulnerable elders and people with disabilities. I am a passionate, caring, and empathetic personality with patience, calmness, and ability to listen, understand and find solution to problem of others. I have done necessary, rigorous, and fundamental trainings with Charity Earnshaw Homecare Agency which qualifies me as a community carer to support the elderly in their own home. A duty that I have been discharging passionately with finesse, and candour to the admiration of our service users.

I am a care and support worker with a year experience in the healthcare sector in the UK. This gives me the ability to work with service user that is in need and needed to be cared for.
