Registered Manager

I am a qualified Registered Manager/Provider and 25 years’ experience in both hospital and the care sector. I have attained my position for this agency and have kept up to date with all training over the years. I worked as a Senior Officer in the Hospital for 10years and studied Graduate Certificate Level 5 in Healthcare in University of Tasmania and I attained my NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management in Adult Social Care Sector,  which I enjoyed. I am Self-employed. Since 2018, I have been the Registered Manager for Charity Earnshaw Homecare Agency. I am enjoying my role at Charity Earnshaw Homecare Agency.   I have a wealth of experience and have passion to ensure that our service users, families, and health professionals are in good working relationship with our agency. 

Care Manager

My name is Michelle. My role is Office Administrator/Care Co-ordinator and I have 25 years experience in Domiciliary Care. I will be happy to discuss or visit you to arrange a care package that suits your needs and wishes. Office Manager

I hold a master's degree in Global Healthcare Management. I worked as a band 3 Administrator at the CWPT NHS Trust, as well as a manager and well-being lead for an in-house physiotherapy clinic.  I am an Office Manager at CEHCA, and I will be in charge of administrative duties.

Finance and IT Manager

I am a retired IT Consultant and Business Manager who has worked for companies such as ING, ANZ, J.P.Morgan, Ferranti, etc. as well as for the governments of the UK and Saudi Arabia. I volunteer for CEHCA to do the Finance and install / maintain IT Infrastructure and applications.
